Log into your Souq Emirat account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization number.
Pack the Items
Place the products in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included to ensure the item is eligible for a full refund.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your specified address.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
